Each client has a unique set of support needs and as such information has to be gathered and a Quote prepared. To this end we need to make sure that your requirements, my services and your budget are a good fit, and that we have the right ingredients for a mutually beneficial and enjoyable working relationship. The steps towards achieving this are outlined below:
- Complete the Application below*. Its value (for us both) is in its detail, which enables me to form a substantial impression of your work style and areas of your business I might be handling or assisting with. From this I prepare a list of matters for discussion in the (up to one hour) complimentary telephone Consultation that follows.
- Schedule your Consultation for a day and time that suits you by clicking on my scheduling link. During the Consultation, we get to know each other, I provide some valuable suggestions, and you have the opportunity to ask me questions.
- I will prepare and provide a Customized Support Plan and Quote based on the Application, Consultation and your Budget. You can click here to see what a Support Plan looks like – this SAMPLE covers the most common services requested.
Each client and every project is unique and special. I never lose sight of that.I trust you will appreciate the value of this process in achieving a professional and dependable Quote, and recognize too that the Support Plan will enable us to get started more easily and more quickly than a less thorough procedure would. If we agree on the Support Plan/Quote and I take you on as a client, I will at all times have your interest at heart.
*I occasionally accept one-of-a-kind assignments or short-term projects, in which case it is not necessary to complete the Application. Please email me details and I will get back to you within 24 – 48 hours either with a quote or to discuss.
