Hi,

Thanks, it's nice to review the accomplishments report from many perspectives:

1) To see how many hours you've freed up for me so I can do other things – even if it's just being able to have an "Appointment Free Wednesdays." Honestly, most Wednesdays I still work on client stuff, or other projects, but it feels good to have a rather quiet day in the middle of the week.

2) To see what's taking you the most time and evaluate whether these tasks are necessary – especially social media – we've been at this since July and I've yet to gain any new business from it – but I think it's necessary to stay in front of my market and you have really helped me to do that. I have noticed a slight increase in SEO – when I'm searching for info, my name/site comes up frequently – makes me smile.

3) To see how far we've come…I think my business is growing from an infrastructure perspective – lots of processes, procedures, and systems in place that will support growth. It helps to feel poised for growth. I used to be afraid to do marketing because I might get more business than I could handle. Now, I know, you'd be there to help in the ways that you can. Lots of trust in place – I feel more and more comfortable turning projects over to you. I couldn't wait to get my new program process figured out so I could turn it over to you. In the future, I should probably have you figure it out and run with it. Still learning how to let go and turn things over!

Sorry for the long email. I just went back to the beginning of time (our association), printed all the accomplishments reports and have been reviewing – they look much prettier than they used to )
