The Monthly Support Plan
While occasionally I accept one-of-a-kind assignments and short-term projects, the primary focus of my VA business is long-term relationships based on a Monthly Support Plan.
As a Monthly client, you benefit by having a dedicated amount of time and support, and are ensured that all the services you require are handled on an ongoing basis. I schedule and prioritize your work so that it is always completed when it is needed. You focus on what you enjoy doing and on your company’s growth.
The Plan also includes a one-hour weekly telephone meeting, unlimited email communication, a monthly summary of accomplishments and a shared online collaborative workspace.
With the Monthly Support Plan and a fixed monthly fee you don’t have the worries associated with an hourly rate, how long the work will take and going over budget. This allows us both to be fully present in the work and in accomplishing your goals, and provides the atmosphere for an infinitely better service experience.
