Frequently Asked Questions

While I understand that starting off you won’t know everything about my business, how will I know what to delegate to you? It is expected that the first time you work with someone new there will be a learning curve for both parties. My skill is in achieving this quickly, within a couple of sessions recommending strategies to enhance your business growth. I make my talents known – raise my hand and tell you how I feel I can be most effective for you. As we get into the 'groove' of working together, I rapidly come to notice patterns; e.g. how often a task is handled – daily/weekly/monthly, and I schedule them on my calendar so they won't fall through the cracks. My suggestion in starting out together is that we have a discussion that will begin with an outline of the ongoing projects and systems you already have in place and the tasks associated with each, understanding that new projects may/will follow shortly or at a later stage. Next, if you have other team members, I would ask you to consider if there are areas where their performance or skill level do not provide the results you require. You and I can get it all ‘out on the table’, so to speak, and I can address each item line-by-line so I can let you know where/how I feel I can offer my expertise to make a difference.

How will you be able to help get me motivated, out of a rut, reduce my feeling of overwhelm, and ultimately help me to grow my business? My guess is that your lack of motivation and being in a rut is due to your overwhelm. You are too involved in the everyday administrative functions of the business, but feel you have to be, otherwise it breaks down. If you allow me to streamline your systems, delegate tasks where appropriate, and handle myself those that need my brand of intelligence or special skills, you will then feel the weight lifted from your shoulders, and your motivation will return. Reading my testimonials, you will see this is exactly how I have changed the lives of so many of my clients. And getting a kick out of their joy motivates me! One of my greatest abilities is to "get into the head" of my clients, I know how they think and want things done, I appreciate the image they need to project, so I don't go blindly with my own ideas but I blend them with my clients' to produce a "better organized" totality. (Just one other advantage, this enables me to write as if it is my client writing, which cuts down on a lot of time my clients would be spending doing this themselves.) For example, I can create an Operations Manual for your business so we can have each process, template and script documented so time is not spent unnecessarily on repetitive tasks. One example of an area where I can help to generate more income for your business would be to provide ideas and implement effective strategies in the areas of social media, E-zines, article marketing, etc., where I already have the skills and know-how. As I become more familiar with your business, there is a strong likelihood I will come up with other creative ideas. *To learn more about specific ways I have helped my clients increase their bottom line, please click here to watch my video interview: http://bit.ly/jbsRMd
